Weight gain usually occurs due to the overconsumption of fats, carbs and sugar. Rapid weight gain is a serious problem that can result in being overweight or obesity, a dangerous condition which can be fatal. Cutting fats and carbs from your diet can be done, but cutting out sugar is a big problem.
Sugar can be found in almost any food we consume – it is even present in some natural ingredients! Not controlling your sugar intake is a serious issue which may cause cognitive problems, fatigue, depression, headaches, hyperactivity, sleeping disorders, sinus problems as well as yeast infections.
Our body uses a certain amount of sugar as energy and needs it on a daily basis in order to be able to function. The rest of the sugar you consume is stored as fat in the tissues such as the thighs, belly, arms, face and hips. Sugar is a highly addictive compound that can cause fatigue, headaches and depression if you experience cravings. Luckily, we have a simple 3-day sugar detox plan that will help you eliminate it from your diet and improve your overall health.
